What you can use today
Start with what you want to keep track of. These are the available parts that help you do it.

Articles
Find an article by name, brand or code. See your own price and the details you use for stock and loans.

Stock
How many units are there, and at which location? Track quantities and optional serial numbers. Share an exact quantity or an indication with a connected party.

Customers
The customer can be found in your own environment, even when someone created them twice. The next conversation does not start from zero.

Loans
You see who took a unit, including a demo, and when it comes back. The question on the floor can be answered straight away.

Calendar and colleagues
Keep appointments in the calendar and give colleagues access that fits their role. They can see what has been recorded when taking over.

Repair and passport
One process: findings, quotation, parts, warranty, invoice and the Hardware Passport. The history stays with the unit.

The chain
Dealer and distributor share availability, price lists and a contact message. Each keeps their own records.

Also in the same environment
Documents, news, hours and leave, a wishlist, and a storefront for used equipment. Fewer separate places for the same work.

What we are developing further
These parts are not yet fully available. Here is what you can and cannot use today.

Repairers
Coming soon. In development. The service workflow exists; a dedicated environment and sign-up for independent repairers will follow.

Manufacturers
Coming soon. In development. We are working on a dedicated environment for product information, service history and partner support.

Dealer locator
The public page is ready. Dealers appear only when Sound of Service supplies them as publicly visible. That connection does not exist yet.

Webshop
You can connect a Shopify shop. Customers can come across. Products, stock, prices and shop orders do not sync yet.

Mail and tasks
Sender and templates exist, tasks on the dashboard. A mailbox and a separate task list do not.

Enterprise connections
Connections to enterprise software, such as SAP, are not yet available, but are in development.
