Provider and scope
Sound of Service is provided by 10TO10, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 85073989, Netherlands. This information concerns our intermediary services, including storage of user-provided content and public listings in Occasion Square, where the DSA applies. This page does not make organisations’ private data public.
Contact for authorities — Article 11
Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact legal@soundofservice.eu directly. We communicate in Dutch and English. Include the service concerned, the subject and your contact details.
Contact for users — Article 12
Users can use the same address for DSA questions, content and moderation decisions. This contact point provides access to a person and does not rely solely on automated tools. For ordinary product and subscription questions, use hello@soundofservice.eu.
Reporting potentially illegal content — Article 16
Email legal@soundofservice.eu with the subject “Illegal content notice”. No account is required. Include:
- the exact URL of the listing or content and any further details needed to locate it;
- a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content illegal;
- your name and email address, except where the statutory exception applies;
- a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information and allegations in your notice are accurate and complete.
Do not attach illegal imagery. You may also report content that breaches our terms without necessarily being illegal; indicate the distinction where possible.
Handling notices and decisions
Where electronic contact details are available, we acknowledge receipt without undue delay. We assess notices in a timely, diligent, objective and non-arbitrary manner. We inform the notifier without undue delay of our decision and the applicable possibilities for redress. Where legally required, affected users receive a statement of reasons for restrictions on content, services or accounts, with available remedies. When asking about a decision, include the relevant message and URL.
Transparency and size — Articles 15, 19 and 24
10TO10 currently qualifies as a micro or small enterprise under Recommendation 2003/361/EC and is not designated a very large online platform. The Article 15(2) exemption from annual transparency reporting therefore applies, as does the Article 19 exemption covering, among other things, publication of user figures under Article 24(2). The obligation to provide information on request to competent authorities under Article 24(3) remains. If this status changes, we reassess the applicable publication duties.
Language and statutory rights
Dutch is the source version. Translations support accessibility. The Dutch version may be consulted where interpretation differs; this does not restrict mandatory statutory rights or obligations or invalidate notices submitted in another language.
